We are planning on doing a few presentations about "Taking It To The Track" at the Vancouver Police Department, West in Vancouver Police Department and Squamish RCMP Detachment. It will be Nancy Joyce and I talking to the officers at the briefings about trackdays & racing. The purpose is to let them know that there are professionally run events that motorcycle riders can attend rather than pushing limits on the street. If anyone is interested in helping out please get in touch with me. For the day or days of the presentations at VPD, I plan on setting up a with bikes, tents & posters/cards in front of the building. We would need a few people to be there to talk to officers coming and going and hand out PMTD & WMRC cards. I'm hoping to get some media there so we can get some great exposure as it would tie into "May is Motorcycle Awareness Month."
