WMRC 2013 Year End Banquet

    The WMRC 2013 Year End Banquet will be on Saturday November 9th

    Like the last couple of years we will hold the banquet at Newlands Golf and Country Club in Langley.

    Tickets are $50 per person.

    The tickets are printed and will be for sale at registration this weekend, makes it very easy to include during your race day registration festivities.

    Tickets will also be available at the October club meeting, there will be no ticket sales at the November meeting as the banquet falls before the November meeting.

    Tickets are also available by email to me @ wmrctreasurer@gmail.com . Please include your credit card number, expiry date and the 3 digit security code from the back of the card.
    You may also purchase tickets via PayPal to wmrctreasurer@gmail.com

    PLEASE NOTE: We have 3 easy ways to get your tickets this year. I will not sell tickets at the door, nor will I allow COD this year.
    Final date for ticket sales will be Friday November 1st, 2013

    Remember... there will be no tickets sold at the November meeting. Your only way of getting tickets is to contact me by email, phone or paypal.

    Banquet is 2 weeks today!

    Final deadline for ticket sales in Friday Nov 1st

    Reminder: if you are receiving a WMRC Plaque this year they are $50/ea. I will have credit and debit available at the banquet.
