Track Set-up Reminder Thread

I have created this thread to be much like the Monthly General Meeting Thread. Myself or other exec's can edit/and/or bump this thread to keep everyone up to date with when the next track set-up is happening.



The next track set-up night will be FRIDAY May 10th @ 6:00pm.



Track Set-up begins at 6:00pm. Please load and distribute the inflatable Airfence first, followed by the foam Airfence, then the hay bales.

Please meet at the west end of the parking area, behind the main grandstands, near the club's 3 large containers.

 

I'm planning on getting to the track at about 4pm on Friday May 10th.
We could line up all the airfence just outside the containers so it's ready to load onto the trailers. It worked really well last time.

 

Reminder bump for rounds 3&4. I have Friday off, so I will aim to be at the track for 4pm as well.
