I'm going to try and get there around 4:00pm. I'm waiting to find out when Al or Keith will be there to open the gates. After I set up my pit I'd like to start taking the Airfence/Foamfence out of the containers so it'll be easier and quicker to load onto the trailers after the bails are done. If anyone else is getting there early we could use an even number of people so that 2 people can lift the Airfence/Foamfence at a time (one person dragging it is not good).
Is there going to be someone at the track on Friday the 15th and if so what time? I would like to set up my trailer for the weekend.
Gates should be open by 4:00pm on Friday, May 15th. Track Setup will start at 6:00pm, everyone on site at that time is expected to help out. I'm going to try to get there by 3:30pm to beat the long weekend traffic. Once I finish setting up my pit I'd like to start pulling out the Airfence/Foamfence out of the containers so we can get setup done faster. We need an even number of people to lift and carry the Airfence/Foamfence (dragging them on the ground is not good). See you all at the track!!
