??? We've posted our schedule Jo. You can find it on our main website, as well as posted here in our forums. I believe that Troy also mentioned their schedule at our meeting. He said they were: June 11 June 25, but we swapped so he's now June 22. July 9 Aug 6
excellent both together at the same time , brilliance i tell you , brilliance we were trying to plan some time at pitts and couldn't find info on the interweb to check for conflicts
I'll also note that my answers are NOT official for WCSS. Only Troy or Gio can answer if these dates are still valid.
they dont have to be together , it just makes it easier to plan trackdays when the info is easily available
The WMRC site (http://www.westwoodracing.com/event-schedule.html) doesn't have June 25th listed. Where is the authoritative schedule found? Facebook?
Vu, you are on a 250! There are 8 racing rounds I think between Mission and GMR. You'll be racing LOTS. Those rounds are just for the Gold Cup. There are other rounds at GMR as well.
Just like Dean said there's lots of races for riders on the 250, not to mention WCSS Track Daze and Pitt Meadows Track Days. Now if only Suzuki would bring in a GSX-R 250 for me....or maybe I could race my NSR-M mini in the 250 class just for fun?
yes it is tight. there is passing options at turns 1,3 & 8 for sure as these are braking zones. More passing zones may exist but these are the only ones that stood out to me when I turned a handful of laps last year on the 250.
i"ve been on that track with a crf100 and passing on that bike was tighter then a nun in church. would i have to buy a mini club membership? if so i would have to pay for three membership this year and that's getting alittle exspensive.
My understanding was that if you were running a 250 you needed a WMRC license to race at Mission. If you were only running the 250 cup series you don't need to join the mini club to run the 250 cup races that will be at GMR. What would the 3rd membership be???
Angus are you sure? You don't have to me a member of CMA? I think that's requirement of the insurance to race at GMR.
I am not sure but that was what I got from the conversations at the meeting. You may be right that you need to me a member of CMA to race there but if we are only racing the 250 series I believe they were going to sign us up but waive the full license fee. Will have to wait until the cup rules are finalized.
