So since I am now no longer a Novice I gather I need a new number as the 700-999 numbers are "reserved for novices" in the rule book. When is the number list published so that I can see what is available? Thanks for the help.
during the bike show in January, you can apply for a number. After that, you'll know your assigned number when licenses are mailed out in March.
