I was about to buy a back protector but started thinking that i might be farther ahead to just buy a pressure suit instead. I just wanted to see what everyone is using and what their opinions are on the level of comfort and protection. Thanks
Pressure suit body armour I have some cheap 'n cheerfull two piece zip together Joe Rocket leathers. I've pulled all the foam out of the jacket and wear a Dainese "pressure suit" under them. See pic below (my suit doesn't have a hard chest ). This seems okay to me, but I've never crashed in it. The best part for me is that everything seems to be in the right spot and I doubt it'll move much. I've heard that can be a problem with off the rack leathers especially if they have a more casual cut. I leave my legs to their own devices... I'll probably want to work on that if I race this year
Someone should buy Rusty some...It's not even the first race of the year and he has already put his trademark "ashpalt touch" paint job on his new bike
if you want really good protection go to www.impactarmor.homestead.com its the best protection that i have found. and the price isnt that more then an off the shelf back protector and the chest protector works really well.
